About Tyler R. Zeberl

A zealous but highly approachable advocate, Tyler Zeberl’s diverse background in business and commercial transactions, land use and real estate, and estate planning uniquely qualifies him to help his clients integrate all aspects of their estate planning, tax, and business needs.

Tyler’s extensive experience includes litigating matters related to tax disputes, real estate and land use concerns, contract disputes, municipal law, and other corporate disputes in various courts within the State of New Jersey and New York and before administrative agencies throughout New England. Prior to joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC, Tyler worked for a boutique land use and business litigation firm in New Jersey working with clients on trusts & estates, real estate, transactional, and commercial litigation matters, and before that, as a litigation associate specializing in business law, landlord/tenant litigation, and tax law.  He also served as a clerk to the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, J.A.D. (formerly Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court).

Tyler enjoys establishing a close rapport with his clients and helping them find creative solutions to achieve their business and estate planning goals. He is known for his attentiveness, approachability, and attention to detail—qualities that equip him to expertly navigate his clients through complex and sometimes highly personal legal matters.

Outside of practice, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and young niece and nephew.
