About John F. Moriarty

John represents clients in all phases of complex litigation and arbitration.

During law school, John developed his litigation background interning in the federal judiciary and working at one of New Jersey’s leading class action and multidistrict litigation firms. He also served as an Articles Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review and competed on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, receiving multiple honors for his written and oral advocacy.

​Before joining Spiro Harrison, John clerked for the Honorable Scott J. Moynihan of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
