About Rachel Sollecito

Rachel represents clients throughout all aspects of complex litigation.

During law school, Rachel was a graduate research fellow, legal practice fellow, and journal editor. She interned for the Honorable Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., of the Northern District of New York and the Honorable Michael A. Telesca, ret., of the Western District of New York. Throughout the academic year, she enjoyed her time as a student associate at two clinics, extern at a Richmond law firm, and leader of a multitude of student organizations.

Before joining the firm, Rachel clerked for both the trial and appellate levels in New Jersey. She clerked for Maryann L. Nergaard, J.S.C., ret., in the Civil Part and for Catherine I. Enright, J.A.D. during the judge’s inaugural year on the appellate bench. Rachel offers a unique perspective to her clients, incorporating her keen understanding of the adjudicative process.

Rachel is a proud New Jersey transplant, having lived in New York, Virginia, and the Florida Keys.
