About Peter Demato, Jr.
Pete has experience litigating a variety of complex issues in both state and federal courts, including antitrust, commodities, securities, real estate, and intellectual property matters. He also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and FINRA arbitrations. In addition to his litigation experience, Pete has worked on real estate and intellectual property transactions.
Prior to joining Spiro Harrison, Pete was an associate with a complex litigation firm in New York and previously served as Assistant General Counsel to a national apparel retailer. While in law school, Pete was an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. He also served as an intern with the Honorable Saliann Scarpulla of the New York Supreme Court and the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
